These terms govern access to hkly and the creator accounts you choose to connect.

Using hkly
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use hkly lawfully. You may connect only creator accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Connected platforms
Instagram, YouTube, and other connected services are operated by third parties under their own terms. hkly accesses only the permissions you approve. Provider availability, permissions, review requirements, and API behavior may change independently of hkly.
Creator intelligence
Analytics, performance tags, insights, recommendations, and AI-generated explanations are decision-support tools. They may be incomplete or uncertain and do not guarantee audience growth, revenue, reach, or platform outcomes.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of your content. You authorize hkly to process connected-account data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse provider APIs, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, scrape restricted data, impersonate another person, or use hkly to violate another party's rights.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when required for security, legal compliance, provider-policy compliance, or service maintenance. You may stop using hkly and request deletion of your data at any time.
