Request deletion

Email support@hkly.ai from the address associated with your hkly account. Use the subject hkly data deletion request and identify the connected platform you want removed.

We may ask you to confirm account ownership before acting on a manual request. Never send an OAuth token, password, or verification code by email.

What is removed

For the requested connected platform, hkly removes stored OAuth credentials, account connections, raw API payloads, provider mirror data, normalized content and metrics, and derived intelligence that may contain evidence from that platform.

Instagram requests

Instagram can send hkly a signed deletion request directly. hkly verifies the request, performs deletion, and returns a confirmation code linked to this status page.
